There’s nothing like waking up to pristine waters with the low, morning sun warming you as you have a swim at your villa. Why not indulge in some aqua aerobics or yoga to get your day off to the best start at the same time? With an instructor coming directly to you, you can have a class on your own schedule and choose between session lengths of 45 to 90 minutes.

For water-based aerobic and body conditioning for all fitness levels, some aqua fitness is perfect. Yoga in the pool is also beneficial for pre- and post-natal women as it’s low-impact and easy on the body. Wellness is one of the reasons people come to Ibiza and this is a great way to make you feel at your very best while you’re on your trip.

Note: If you’re staying at a hotel, please ask permission for the fitness instructor to be able to teach on-site. We also recommend that classes are taken first thing in the morning so as not to disturb other guests.
