Chamana Spiritual Healing Through Dance

Chamana is a brand new concept in shamanic healing, created by two Ibizan women highly experienced in the holistic wellness field. This unique ritual experience is designed to find a way to "let go" of the attachments and fears that you have built against love and rediscover your inner power, reactivating your vital life forces and reconnecting with your true essence and creativity. This ritual is all about celebrating your life!

This experience is composed of 3 main elements:
1. Energetic cleansing with Copal crystals creating a sacred space and working with the medicine wheel
2. Breath-work to increase energy and conscious movement from Shamanic yoga and active meditations
3. Ecstatic Dance with the guidance of an experienced DJ to indulge in an ecstatic dance, moving the body free with bare feet and becoming one with the movement
